My Mission
To empower student-athletes worldwide to develop high-performance habits, emotional resilience, and long-term well-being by integrating science, wisdom, and personalized coaching to unlock consistent flow states in sport and in life.
My Philosophy
I believe performance is built from the inside out. When student-athletes strengthen their mind, emotions, relationships, and sense of purpose—alongside physical training—they perform more consistently, recover more effectively, stay healthier, and experience greater meaning in both sport and life.

My philosophy blends science, real-world coaching, and human development principles to help athletes grow with clarity, confidence, and long-term well-being.
My Goal
My goal is to help student-athletes become stronger, healthier, and more confident individuals — in sport and in life — by equipping them with tools to better understand themselves, strengthen their habits, and unlock higher levels of well-being and performance.
Fitness 3.0:
A New Model for Human Performance
A holistic, science-based framework designed to help student-athletes build stronger bodies, sharper minds, better habits, and lasting well-being across seven dimensions of life.

Fitness 3.0 integrates sport science, psychology, coaching, and human development to support systematic growth — physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, environmentally, and financially. Rather than focusing on performance in isolation, it provides a clear, practical roadmap for improving habits, strengthening resilience, and building a long, healthy, and meaningful life — in sport and beyond.
How I Work
My approach integrates sport psychology coaching and mental performance training to help student-athletes build stronger habits and long-term resilience. I use an integrative, science-based framework that blends sport psychology, behavior change, habit formation, and human development. Every student-athlete receives personalized coaching tailored to their goals, strengths, challenges, and long-term potential.
This process helps athletes understand themselves more deeply, upgrade their habits, and improve performance from the inside out. We focus on mindset, emotions, physical readiness, recovery routines, resilience, and long-term well-being across all seven dimensions of Fitness 3.0.
My Coaching Includes:

-
Mindset and confidence training to support consistent performance
-
Emotional regulation and focus skills for pressure situations
-
Habit formation and lifestyle design for long-term growth
-
Flow state development to enhance engagement and execution
-
Resilience and recovery strategies to support sustainability and well-being
